This is my truest recommendation. I was lowkey developing a wee bit of a dependency on sleeping pills. In a desperate attempt to stop I started trying anything to calm my nerves before bed. I’ve never had issues falling asleep but I swear the first night I started doing this I began staying asleep. It’s a non-negotiable for me now, 5-10 minutes before bed every night and I’m 😴
